Optional wellness or recovery stays for you or your family

For Patients
Whether you're booking a single appointment or seeking a second opinion, we can guide you through the UK private system and help you feel more prepared and supported throughout.
Support that adapts to you and your situation
We work with individuals, families, and appointed assistants to help manage a wide range of medical travel situations:

For Family Members
We can help you organise care for a parent, child or partner, from coordinating medical access to arranging travel, recovery, or family-friendly accommodation.

For Assistants or Liaison Roles
If you’ve been asked to help coordinate medical care for someone else, we can work quietly in the background to ensure everything runs smoothly.
-
Can I choose my own hospital or consultant?Yes. If you already know who you’d like to see, we can help coordinate everything around that. If you’re still deciding, we can support you by presenting suitable options and helping you understand the differences. You stay in control of your choices. We’re here to support the planning.
-
Do you help with second opinions?Yes. Many of our clients reach out after receiving a diagnosis in their home country. If you’d like to seek a second opinion in the UK, we can help you access consultants, prepare medical documents, and plan the travel and appointments around your availability. We don’t influence treatment decisions. We help you make the process feel more organised and supported.
-
Can you support my family during the visit?Yes. If you’re travelling with a spouse, child, parent or support team, we can help plan for their needs as well. This might include accommodation, transport, dietary requirements or simply ensuring there’s space for rest and privacy. We’re used to helping families travel together and understand the emotional side of that experience.
-
Will someone stay in contact with me during the process?Yes. You’ll have a named point of contact throughout your time with us. They’ll be available for updates, changes or any questions you might have along the way. You won’t be passed between departments or have to repeat your story.
-
Can I get help in my language? We can arrange interpreter support in a number of languages, including Arabic, Hindi, and Yoruba. If you prefer to communicate in a language other than English, just let us know and we’ll build that into your plan.
-
What if I’m not ready to make a decision yet? That’s absolutely fine. You don’t need to be sure before speaking to us. We’re happy to walk you through what’s possible and answer your questions with no obligation. You can start by asking a simple question or requesting a planning call. We’ll work with whatever pace feels right for you.
-
What does your service cost?Costs vary depending on the type and level of support you require. Some clients need help with a single appointment. Others ask us to coordinate a full journey involving family, accommodation and recovery time. We offer clear, transparent pricing for each part of the service. You’ll always know what’s included, and there’s no obligation to commit to anything you don’t need.
-
What kind of support can Willenhall Group offer? We can support with the full experience around your care — before, during, and after your medical visit to the UK. That might include booking appointments, arranging travel, preparing visa letters, securing accommodation, coordinating interpreters, or planning for recovery. You choose what you need. We can coordinate the rest.
-
Are you a hospital or medical provider? No. We are not a hospital, clinic or medical company. We’re a concierge service that supports international patients and their families through the planning and coordination of private medical visits to the UK. We do not offer medical advice or treatment. Instead, we focus on making the process around care feel easier, clearer and more manageable.
-
How do you help patients choose consultants? We can help you connect with UK-based consultants based on your preferences, condition area and timing. If you already know where you’d like to go, we can coordinate around that. If you’re not sure, we can provide guidance on the options available. We don’t promote or rank providers. We can introduce you to hospitals and clinics that are known for their quality and international readiness.
-
How do I get started? You can start by reaching out. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We can begin with a short conversation about your situation and what you might need. From there, we’ll suggest the next step — and build a plan together if you decide to move forward.
