We Join It All Together, Bringing Simplicity and Clarity to Complex Journeys
One point of contact. One seamless experience.
Delivering exceptional care to international patients requires more than clinical expertise. It takes timing, cultural understanding, discretion, and the ability to coordinate moving parts, without adding pressure to your team or friction to the process.
At Willenhall Group, we act as the connection between services. From hospitals and drivers to hotels and recovery stays, we work quietly behind the scenes to bring clarity, stability, and efficiency to complex medical journeys.
Every partner plays a different role. We understand that. Whether you're managing high-value patient logistics or overseeing hospital operations, we adapt to the way you work. Our job is to prepare the way, reduce internal strain, and make the patient experience feel joined up and cared for from start to finish.
For Healthcare Providers

We can support your international patients, without adding to your team’s workload
At Willenhall Group, we work alongside hospitals, clinics and consultants to coordinate non-clinical support for overseas patients. Our goal is to reduce complexity, protect your reputation, and ensure the wider experience around treatment feels safe and managed.
We can take care of the logistics, cultural needs and family arrangements, so your team can stay focused on clinical care.

The value we can bring to your organisation
We understand the challenges that come with international enquiries, especially when families are navigating language barriers, travel concerns and complex emotions.
Here’s how we can help:
-
Introduce well-prepared, motivated patients who understand your service offering
-
Coordinate non-clinical elements like accommodation, drivers, interpreters and recovery support
-
Offer cultural fluency and family liaison that enhances the overall patient experience
-
Reduce admin strain on your front desk or international teams
-
Work discreetly in the background, with a single point of contact
Whether you’re looking to expand your global reach or reduce pressure on internal teams, we can offer support that’s practical, professional and respectful.
A coordination partner that complements your clinical care
Willenhall Group supports the non-clinical side of your international patient experience. We can plan, prepare and coordinate the surrounding journey so your clinical team can stay focused on what they do best.
You remain in full control of the clinical pathway. We don’t interfere with treatment decisions or care protocols. Instead, we work quietly alongside your internal teams, creating a smoother experience for patients and less pressure on your service.
For healthcare providers, this means the ability to meet growing international demand without stretching internal resources. We help you maintain high-touch support, even when capacity is tight.
We act as a concierge partner, experienced in guiding overseas patients through UK private healthcare. Always working in support of your standards, never in place of them
Built on integrity and collaboration
We take compliance seriously. That includes:
-
Respecting your clinical boundaries and internal governance
-
Avoiding any influence over treatment pathways or medical outcomes
-
Offering transparency about fees, services and expectations
-
Providing clear service outlines for patients, families and providers
-
Disclosing any partnership arrangements where relevant
We’re happy to adapt to your internal protocols and work in alignment with your international patient services team. Our aim is to make your patients feel cared for from the moment they begin planning their visit, without adding risk or noise to your systems.

Let’s create a seamless experience for your international patients
We can support your clinical teams by handling the surrounding journey, from travel and family needs to cultural preferences and recovery planning. Let’s talk about how we can quietly integrate into your process and add value where it’s needed most.

For Hotels & Transport Partners

Guests who value calm, comfort, and service
At Willenhall Group, we work with international patients and families who are travelling to the UK for medical treatment. These guests are often looking for more than just a place to stay. They want peace, privacy and thoughtful service that meets their needs without having to ask twice.
We can introduce you to the kind of clients who:
-
Book longer stays with flexible arrangements
-
Travel with family, assistants or security
-
Value discretion and clarity above all
-
Prefer personal care over packaged services
If that sounds like a good fit for your brand, we’d love to talk.

Coordination you don’t have to worry about
We know your team is busy. That’s why we don’t just refer guests; we manage the experience on your behalf.
Depending on the situation, we can:
-
Brief your staff before arrival so you’re prepared
-
Manage dietary preferences or cultural considerations
-
Provide a single point of contact for last-minute changes
-
Organise transport, access, or privacy requirements
-
Handle payment, scheduling, or extended stays with clarity
You get calm, well-supported guests. We take care of the rest.
Calm coordination. Quiet confidence.
We aim to build long-term relationships with partners who care about their guests the way we care about ours.
By working with Willenhall Group, you can:
-
Welcome high-trust guests who are emotionally and financially invested
-
Become a preferred accommodation or transport provider for international patients
-
Feature in our private planning materials and recovery briefings
-
Build a consistent relationship with a team that understands discretion and delivery
Our clients are not looking for deals or discounts. They are looking for quality, care and professionalism. If that’s what you offer, we’ll be proud to recommend you.
What we look for in a partner
We only work with providers who can deliver the level of experience our clients expect. That doesn’t mean luxury for the sake of it. It means thoughtful service, cultural awareness, and respect for each individual’s needs.
We’re especially interested in partners who can offer:
-
Flexible room or stay configurations
-
Wellness or recovery-friendly environments
-
Experience with international, VIP or medical guests
-
Clear communication and collaborative planning
If you’d like to be part of our private partner network, please get in touch. We’ll arrange a short briefing to learn more about what you offer and how we can support each other.

-
Can I choose my own hospital or consultant?Yes. If you already know who you’d like to see, we can help coordinate everything around that. If you’re still deciding, we can support you by presenting suitable options and helping you understand the differences. You stay in control of your choices. We’re here to support the planning.
-
Do you help with second opinions?Yes. Many of our clients reach out after receiving a diagnosis in their home country. If you’d like to seek a second opinion in the UK, we can help you access consultants, prepare medical documents, and plan the travel and appointments around your availability. We don’t influence treatment decisions. We help you make the process feel more organised and supported.
-
Can you support my family during the visit?Yes. If you’re travelling with a spouse, child, parent or support team, we can help plan for their needs as well. This might include accommodation, transport, dietary requirements or simply ensuring there’s space for rest and privacy. We’re used to helping families travel together and understand the emotional side of that experience.
-
Will someone stay in contact with me during the process?Yes. You’ll have a named point of contact throughout your time with us. They’ll be available for updates, changes or any questions you might have along the way. You won’t be passed between departments or have to repeat your story.
-
Can I get help in my language? We can arrange interpreter support in a number of languages, including Arabic, Hindi, and Yoruba. If you prefer to communicate in a language other than English, just let us know and we’ll build that into your plan.
-
What if I’m not ready to make a decision yet? That’s absolutely fine. You don’t need to be sure before speaking to us. We’re happy to walk you through what’s possible and answer your questions with no obligation. You can start by asking a simple question or requesting a planning call. We’ll work with whatever pace feels right for you.
-
What does your service cost?Costs vary depending on the type and level of support you require. Some clients need help with a single appointment. Others ask us to coordinate a full journey involving family, accommodation and recovery time. We offer clear, transparent pricing for each part of the service. You’ll always know what’s included, and there’s no obligation to commit to anything you don’t need.
-
What kind of support can Willenhall Group offer? We can support with the full experience around your care — before, during, and after your medical visit to the UK. That might include booking appointments, arranging travel, preparing visa letters, securing accommodation, coordinating interpreters, or planning for recovery. You choose what you need. We can coordinate the rest.
-
Are you a hospital or medical provider? No. We are not a hospital, clinic or medical company. We’re a concierge service that supports international patients and their families through the planning and coordination of private medical visits to the UK. We do not offer medical advice or treatment. Instead, we focus on making the process around care feel easier, clearer and more manageable.
-
How do you help patients choose consultants? We can help you connect with UK-based consultants based on your preferences, condition area and timing. If you already know where you’d like to go, we can coordinate around that. If you’re not sure, we can provide guidance on the options available. We don’t promote or rank providers. We can introduce you to hospitals and clinics that are known for their quality and international readiness.
-
How do I get started? You can start by reaching out. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We can begin with a short conversation about your situation and what you might need. From there, we’ll suggest the next step — and build a plan together if you decide to move forward.
